The site was a vacant site of approximately 5,000m2 and was designed for 12 new dwellings and associated landscape and common works. RAM undertook the bulk earthworks, site servicing including, stormwater, sewer, power and gas, construction of one and two storey multi-unit dwellings, internal roads and landscaping.
RAM engaged and managed consultants for the design and documentation to achieve development and building approval. Managed the Building Approval process throughout construction to ensure all inspections and approval were achieved.
At completion of construction RAM handled the Unit Titling process including all government and regulatory approvals including TAMS, BEPCON, ACTEW and the private certifier.
