RAM site personnel liaised with Environment ACT in regard to protection of water ingress into Lake Burley Griffin, and, dust and silt control which were major factors on this site.

Environment ACT inspected the site on several occasions and commended RAM on their approach.

The project was audited on two occasions under the ACT Governments active certification resulting in only three opportunities for improvement being identified on the first occasion and one on the second.

RAM worked with the client and superintendent to reprogram works around critical installation dates for the cooch turf with no cost implication to the client.

The completed park sees hundreds of visitors each week using all of the facilities. The quality of the construction has been complimented upon by client and end users alike. The project has just recently been handed over the ACT government who were impressed with the quality of workmanship and the standard with which the project was maintained during the consolidation period.
