Denman Village Park
This project required RAM to work across multiple disciplines — civil, building, and landscape — to create a truly one-of-a-kind public amenity. From early-phase concept design through to final completion, the team worked hand-in-hand with the client and design team to overcome technical and buildability challenges.
The result is a stunning, world-class space that serves as a benchmark for blending innovative construction with public infrastructure to have a lasting impact on the community.

Each aspect of this project was unique, and purpose built, meaning our staff and subcontractors had to come up with innovative solutions to tackle the most challenging elements.
Features include the astronomy themed playground to represent Denman Prospect as the night sky has always played a role in its design, shaded picnic and barbeque areas, a retro Canberra bus stop bathroom facility, an elevated boardwalk and walkways with accessibility in mind to seamlessly connect the Denman Prospect shops to the Denman Village Park.
From detailed design and manufacturing, RAM coordinated the collection of bespoke elements from across Australia and beyond.
Between RAM, Fleetwood Urban, Carter Williamson and Spiire – the outcome of this collaborative effort is a space that is both forward-thinking and sustainable, enhancing the community experience and setting a new standard for public infrastructure.
