Yerrabi Ponds Toilet Refurbishment
For this commercial construction project at Yerrabi Pond District Park, RAM focused on enhancing public amentities and infrastructure to improve accessibility, safety, and overall visitor experience.
Refurbishments include new unisex accessible toilets equipped with baby change tables to ensure inclusivity and convenience. Additional amenities, such as new barbecue facilities and rubbish bins, were introduced to enhance the recreational experience.

The project also saw upgrades to picnic settings and shelters, with refurbished facilities, new garden beds, a drinking bubbler, picnic tables, and artistic Corten screens near Wunderlich Street. Similar enhancements, including new picnic shelters, a toilet with baby change tables, and Corten screen artworks, were implemented near Bizant Street.
Infrastructure improvements played a key role in the project, with the refurbishment of existing paving along Phyllis Ashton Circuit and the addition of new picnic settings and enhancements to existing trees. To further improve safety and visibility, new LED lighting was installed towards Bizant Street. Additionally, to address parking congestion, line marking was carried out to create additional spaces on Bizant Street.
